Fable III combat video goes to the wolves

A new video for Fable III has been released, showing off some of the combat mechanics by tasking our hero with saving a little girl from a pack of wolves.
Poor wolves. They are the favorite whipping boys of RPGs.
Using his sword and some melee attacks, he dispatches the pack, while showing off at the end as well.
His faithful dog companion can be seen in the midst of the fray, not doing much to help from the looks of it.
Fable III hits retail in October for Xbox 360 with episodic chapters soon after release.
The game will also be released digitally on PC.
