i really enjoyed it 4 a while, but the imbalances started to bug me with certain maps, aliens has no ranged what so ever so what chance do they have against a camping pred with a plasma cannon?

Indeed, i played it for abit online and the imbalances put me right off to. It really feels like no thinking went into the aliens for MP.

Yeah it really is too bad considering how balanced AvP2 was. However, I think they just didn’t want to follow the same footsteps since it wasn’t done by Rebellion and then royally messed it up. Aliens were the most bad ass race in AvP2… god that was fun.

I wanted to like it. But didn’t. What i really wanted was an Aliens Online PC style experience. Manly marines vs a hive. I have little regaurd for the preds, they unbalance the game. Plus they limit the game play modes.

If this had 32 players. Broken up into three team of four player fire team marines, with everyone else alien. One Queen(that unlocks/becomes playable at a certian point), face huggers, spitters/drones etc.). And then run the game something like the old SW Battlefield games, this game would still be hot today.

Such a shame the game lacked vision.
