Rumor: Kojima to announce a "massive PS3 exclusive" at TGS

Rumor has it that Hideo Kojima will announce a PS3-exclusive during the Tokyo Games Show in September.

According to a senior US publishing source close to CVG, Kojima will announce a "massive PS3 exclusive that will own the show" at the event to be published by Konami.

Supposedly, Kojima wanted to show the game at E3 but decided against it in order to polish the up "to ensure it's bulletproof".

We'll contact Konami and see if anyone bites, but if this turns out to be true, don't expect it to tell us anything that would ruin a surprise.

Still, if true, this may be the "secret taboo project" for “high spec machines” that may "make him leave the games industry".

Mystery and intrigue to ensue, we suppose. Probably another count-down eventually as well.
