Interplay wants you to sign up for the Fallout Online Beta

falloutonline

Interplay has launched its Fallout Online website and it mentions that the devs are looking for Beta testers.

Too bad the official page is borked - probably from all the folks cramming to get into it - but thankfully Duck and Cover got the information for us.

Previously known as Project V13, the site has artwork for the game, a flash scene, and an opt-in to sign up for the Fallout: Online mailing list and register for the Beta.

Last we heard, Interplay planned to kick the Beta off in 2012, and in 2009, a judge denied Bethesda’s motion for an injunction against Interplay over licensing the MMO and the Fallout Trilogy containing Fallout, Fallout 2, and Fallout Tactics.

A couple months back, all thought the lawsuit was over, but Bethesda said that wasn't the case.

Regardless, keep checking the FOO site and sign up for the Beta anyway until the courts get this mess straightened out.

Thanks, Blue.
