Fallout: New Vegas dated for October

Bethesda’s just announced that Fallout: New Vegas will release on October 22 in Europe.

The Obsidian spin-off will release three days beforehand in the US on October 19 for PS3, 360 and PC.

It comes on the back of the release of the E3 trailer for the RPG on Saturday morning.

Awesome stuff, kids. Go pre-order now, it’s a must buy on every level, going by what we saw of the game back in April.

I hope it’s not like Fallout 3. At least i hope for a decent system from Fallout 2 and decent storyline.

It’s not even a post apocalyptic world. But what console gamer cares? Blow the shit out of the human is more fun with giant grenade launcher anyway with stupid ending and casual dialog.

I don’t hate them, i don’t like bad games. If i never played RPG games or Fallout 1-2 i would say the same thing: great gameplay and a good story.

But it’s a step back to what was done years ago and was much more better. Understand?
But even with that, i would never say that F3 have a great story, or you are 16 years old or never read books.

I can return to F2 game every year, with F3? It’s all the same always.

I understand that Fallout 3 is one the best games I’ve ever played.

I don’t really have an opinion on Fallout 3′s story. It was just an incredible, compelling game that I didn’t want to end.

Fallout 3 was awesome since you could interact with the environment and use seats etc. If only they’d bung in a decent horsey for some mod group to do a western total conversion.
