Dead Space 2 gets an official date

Visceral Games has revealed the launch date for Dead Space 2 during tonight’s Electronic Arts press briefing .
January 25 in North America, and January 28 in Europe.
In Dead Space 2, protagonist Isaac Clarke finds himself up against a new nightmare, known as “The Sprawl and since he is the only survivor of a horrific alien infestation, he’s the only one left to fight against everything that comes at him.
Watching the trailer shown at the E3 presser, it looks very intense and frightening, indeed.
Visceral promised there was more to come regarding the title at Sony’s press event tomorrow.
Be sure and check back with us. Pat and Nathan will be liveblogging it.

I like how this article doesn’t actually include a date.
