Kojima Productions E3 site updates, shows kanji writing
Kojima Productions E3 site, which opened up on Friday, has updated, revealing some kanji writing.
We aren’t sure what this could relate to, but you could pretty much guess what it is anyways.
It rhymes with Mising.
Whatever it is, we are sure to find out in just a few days time when the counter hits zero, which seems to end on Tuesday. Sony megaton incoming?

Everybody knew that it was kanji, but what is written there in Japanese? 
thats the most important part that we don’t know.

Before it was fully revelaed, J was going to say I can translate it. But it’s Kanji, not hiragana or katakana, so I can’t… Damn you Japan and your three seperate alphabets!

The first character looks like 新 “new”,the second one looks somewhat like 奪 “snatch”, but the two together don’t make sense..

One the second thought, the first one should be 斩 “cut”, fits the theme. So, you cut down somebody and rob his.. something?

Last year gaming blogs were all over Kojima’s countdown (in hindersight, the hints given still don’t make sense), now it seems nobody cares any more

Well a single character is lesser than a word, so doesn’t have to be translated snatch. Rob, seize, deprive, pillage etc are ok too.
But if it’s only Rising why bother make a teaser? People who know this site exist probably already knew it’s going to be at E3.

If this is true and it is a Snatcher remake/New i’m going to shit my pants at Sony’s E3 2010.
This thing can be really epic. I mean, Snatcher had an awesome music, awesome style at that time even if the game is already more then 20 years.
