Rumour – Rockstar pulls E3 “launch” for unknown title
According to a tweet from Nuts associate editor Rory Buckeridge, Rockstar has pulled out of “launching” a title at E3 in two weeks time.
The missive goes like this:
“And Rockstar have pulled their E3 game launch. Oopsie.”
This could mean that we’re about to either miss a full-blown reveal of PS3 exclusive Agent, or a brand new Grand Theft Auto: something which has been predicted for months by analysts.
It comes as reports over the weekend showed an E3 list over the weekend which contained a new GTA, known as “Grand Theft Auto V: Vice City” (thanks, TSA).
We’ll email Rockstar for comment.

maybe they will announce the game this week or a couple of weeks after E3 to have its own spotlight?

Is it really that important for it to come as a surprise that they just pull it once people get wind of it??
Then again, maybe they just can’t finish the build in time.

Joe Anderson hinted that Sony still have something to reveal before E3 so maybe its Agent. He said it in the Infamous 2 teased in OPM Portugal issue.

I know the actual twitter feed says they have pulled thier E3 game launch. They dont actually say its unannounced .

ahh right, sorry. i was just going by the vg247 news article.
shame really i was looking forward to rockstar showing agent or whatever else they have coming. looking more likely they will have their own agenda to reveal stuff.

ComputerandVideogames.com just posted an article saying they won’t be showing up at all at this year’s E3. It’s kind of disappointing, because I was looking forward to seeing Max Payne 3 and LA Noire, but I guess we won’t now. I have a strong feeling that those titles are going to be push back now.

@13 All they said really is that there would be no ‘new games’ at E3. I’d be very surprised if we didn’t see Agent or LA Noire.
