Joe Danger dated, news apocalypse busted

In the land of no news, the one-eyed news story is king.
Joe Danger is releasing on June 8, as detailed on the PS Blog.
The Hello Games PSN title lets you “fulfill your daredevil fantasies,” as you can see in the video below.
It’s all about “Stunt, Create and Share,” apparently. Looks like a cross of LBP and Trials HD. No bad thing.
Watch video. Buy game. Fulfil life. Thanks, onlineatron.

Fingers crossed for a quick EU release, it’s a day one from me.

Might be worth mentioning that it’ll be $15, as confirmed in the Blog’s comments.

Sean Murray (a programmer from Hello Games) posted on the blog that they are trying to make the two dates as close together as possible.
I’d imagine it’s Sony’s botched Q&A process that is holding the game up for EU release
Still, day one.

@3 If we’re here speculating about reasons for hold ups (and it seems that you are), then maybe it’s just because there are a boat load of EU languages that need checking too?
Anyway, yeah.. day one for me too.

Of course, silly me!
It just strikes me odd that an English company should release their game in the US before the UK.

The game was probably submitted to both SCEE and SCEA simultaneously, but the former is known to be a bit more stringent on top of the whole FIGS issue. Sony should probably try to centralise things, for consistency’s sake if nothing else.
