Deus Ex: Human Revolution shots get out
Deus Ex: Human Revolution is looking like the fucking business. New shots for it show it.
The screens, which actually look like grabs from a video, are over at AGB.
This all comes as Square Enix and developer Eidos Montreal are set to show off a brand new trailer for it this week, maybe as soon as Friday according to a tweet from the dev.
Oh, and there’s this from Eurogamer ed Tom Bramwell.
2+2=5, innit.
Friday, it is then. We’ll be here.
No date yet for the game, but it’s due on PS3, 360 and PC.

Personally I’m a bit disappointed as the shots would suggest the trailer will just be some Square-Enix powered FMV. I want to see the game being played, pre-rendered cutscenes don’t have either the wow factor or novelty value as in the PlayStation days.
Still, presumably there will be some actual previews to go with the footage. Perhaps they’ll be a bit more elucidatory.

I want those screens in higher res so I can put them as my desktop wallpaper. That city landscape shot would make for one kickass wallpaper.

Off-topic but there are some decent shots from Assassins Creed: Brotherhood on APB. They look abit grainy so they might actually be from scans.

Cutt scenes done by Squenix, so no surprise they look stunning. But it’s not in-game.

Yes! That’s how a future city is supposed to be made of. Bladerunner meets GITS. Pre-rendered for shure, but the mood looks good. Consider me hyped.
