US retailer: Move “coming this July”

US retailer BT Games is claiming that PlayStation Move is coming a lot sooner than you may have thought.
According to an advert in the chain’s latest promo magazine, gamers should, “Watch out for PlayStation Move. Coming this July.”
There is some, very weak evidence to corroborate the store’s claim. EA’s Tiger Woods game is one of the first to support the device and is due in June, while the PS3 version of Ape Escape was promised for sometime this quarter.
However, Sony delayed Move to “fall 2010″ in January. And there are no ads for Move anywhere. Which means BT Games has probably got this completely wrong.

Sony need to avoid going up against Natal IMO, so this would make good sense.

It’s just i don’t think so that Sony will have good games in July.

This would be about right, 3 weeks before E3 and Sony’s secret E3 announcments start leaking from all angles.

BT Games is a South African retailer (www.btgames.co.za)
They also leaked news about the 250Gb Elite 2 months early so they have a track record of sorts to speak off.
Thanks for the link back

I’d wager late August at the very earliest.

Everyone is assuming Natal is going to be huge,i really cant see how, its aimed at a casual audience on a machine that is purely for the hardcore. Sony could release Move with Singstar and bring in the casual audience as they have some experience with that area.
