MW2 Stimulus Pack sets sales record on PSN

Robert Bowling has announced via Twitter that the Stimulus Pack for Modern Warfare 2 has broken a PSN record.

Apparently, one million folks downloaded the map pack in its first week of availability.

Thanks to the 1 Million+ @playstation users who helped the Modern Warfare 2 Stimulus Package break day 1 & week 1 download records on PSN!

The pack sold well on XBL too, with over 2.5 million downloads its first week on 360.

The Stimulus Pack was made available on May 4 through PSN and PC.

Infinity Ward and Activision announced last week that the Resurgence Pack would hit June 3 on XBL.
