Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood to get multiplayer beta

Ubisoft’s just confirmed it will have a multiplayer beta of Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood before its fall release.
The news was just confirmed in the firm’s fiscal year financial call.
No details on what the beta would contain were announced, nor how players would get access to it. But it says more details will drop at E3 in three-and-a-half weeks.
The game was formally announced last week by Ubisoft for a release this holiday season on PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC.
It sees the continuation of Ezio’s story from Assassin’s Creed II, with the added inclusion of multiplayer to the series for the first time.
Thanks, G4.

This is going to make or break this game, I’ll buy it regardless, but many will judge it fron the Beta.

I would give my right arm to get into the Beta.

That’s not too far off Ubisoft’s planned marketing stunt, Ali: to get into the beta you’ll need to cut off your left ring finger.
I’m interested in Brotherhood but the jury’s out on the multiplayer until we see a lot more. It doesn’t help that Ubi’s games tend to have incredibly clunky online interfaces; I seem to remember Vegas having loading screens for its loading screens.

I’m curious to see how they’ve made multiplayer work here. Or not. Assassin’s Creed doesn’t generally lend itself to multiplayer.
