Video – New Sonic 4 footage hits net

Some new footage for Sonic 4 has leaked onto YouTube, showing off Mad Gear Zone – Act 2 in its entirety.

The video shows what to expect of the game’s levels and pace, while skipping to 3.14 also shows Super Sonic in action.

The downloadable Sonic 4 really does look like a return to the games of old, which will no doubt please fans when they load it up on its June 16 release.

As much as I am looking forward to this, I’m a little worried that a lot of the focus is from Sonic 1. Sonic 3 for me was the height of the series and was hoping that aspects of the later games would be more likely.

Still be worth picking up though.
