Test Drive Unlimited 2 gets new trailer
Namco Bandai’s released a new trailer of Test Drive Unlimited. Get it after the break.
The trailer shows off the depth and scale of Ibiza, the game’s location, as well as some of the social aspects in the game. You can even have plastic surgery now, if you wish.
And unlike the last game, there’s now off-road racing, which is always a good thing in our books.

TDU2′s out this fall for PS3, 360 and PC.

@1 TDU was never about car models. First was almost masterpiece.

@3 No they are different games first of all, but you can try it, if you never had a chance to play it. Very solid racing game.
It’s not the level of Gran Turismo 5 or Forza. But it was a very cool experience.

WHERE. ARE. THE. FUCKING. FERRARIS. AND. LAMBORGHINIS?
TDU *was* a masterpiece. Hands down, the best social cruising game ever made. A blissfull, joy-of-the-open-road revelation in a genre steeped in closed tracks. Not that it didn’t need some serious work on the handling model, or that a combination of TDU’s openness and Forza’s real tracks would be the most amazing thing ever, but nonetheless, TDU was a shining example of what’s possible when you apply open world tech to a closed-world genre.

No bikes, even more MMO focused = couldn’t really give a toss about TDU anymore.
