THQ announced during its FY2010 investors call that it plans to migrate some of its key brands online, along with the realignment of two development studios, that will now focus soley on the creation of digital games.

Two of these games already in the works, and known about for some time, are Company of Heroes Online and Dragonica Online.

THQ also has plans for micro-transaction based games, as well as digital titles based on its major brands for XBL, PSN and Facebook games, some of which will contain monetization opportunities for the company [think FarmVille - SN]

Fifteen iPad capable games are also planned, and Farrell said that the publisher plans to take a more “holistic approach to digital gaming than you’ve seen to date”.

THQ will more than likely chat more about its digital line-up at E3, which seemed to be the general tone of the whole call – “wait on E3″.
