Infinity Ward employees suing Activision for unpaid dues [UPDATE]

Update: Activision has issued a response to G4 over the lawsuit:
“Activision believes the action is without merit,” said a company spokesperson. “Activision retains the discretion to determine the amount and the schedule of bonus payments for MW2 and has acted consistent with its rights and the law at all times. We look forward to getting judicial confirmation that our position is right”.
Original: Looks like the ongoing issues between Activision and Infinity Ward are far from over, and involve more than just folks flying the coup for Respawn.
According to documents dug up by G4, which continues to cover
the story it broke back when Zampella and West left IW, a dozen current and former employees have filed suit against Activision citing breach of contract and unpaid bonuses and royalties.

ModNation Racers pre-orders bring on the Sack, Drake and Kratos

A new developer update for ModNation Racers over on the US PS Blog has revealed some of the nifty mods you get for Ratchet, Clank, Kratos, Nathan Drake, and Sackboy with his cardboard racer.
Sackboy will be part of a special pack released for the game with a PSN voucher for the cutie pie.
There’s also some pre-order goodies from retailers Amazon, Best Buy, GameStop, and GameCrazy where you can get one of the four bonus Mod and Kart packs. You can check those out here.
Each pack comes with an original Mod and Kart Body, plus you get special accessories that you can use when creating your own.
There’s also a trailer for it below the break.
ModNation Racers for PS3 will release on May 21 in the UK, and the US on May 25.

Video – Lost Planet 2: The Final Episode

Capcom has released the final video in the Lost Planet 2 series explaining the plight of the snow pirates.
It’s below the break courtesy of IGN.
Lost Planet 2 releases on May 11 worldwide for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 with loads of special guest stars.
A PC version is due out in the fall.
