NPD March 2010 Software – God of War III moves 1.1M units

Looks like God of War III was tops for March, selling approximately 1.1 million units, with Pokemon Soul Silver coming in second on DS with 1.02M units moved.

Video shows Natal recognizing gender

A video demoing how Project Natal works has surfaced from Microsoft Israel R&D Center’s Think Next 2010 annual event.
It’s posted below the break.
Looks like Natal uses facial recognition to determine your gender, and shows your body on screen as it’s scanned, which looks similar to what some airports use to determine if you are smuggling parrots in your pants or not.
It also looks a bit predator-ish and not very laggy either.
