PlayStation Move sub-controller is named “Navigation Controller”
According to a FCC filing, the once known sub-controller that comes with PlayStation Move is known as the “Navigation Controller”.The listing for it on the US PlayStation website has also been quietly edited to reflect the change in name.
The Navigation Controller was revealed alongside its bigger brother Move at GDC last month at a special off-site press conference in San Francisco.
Both controllers are due by fall of this year.

I was ready to come in here, cursing the stupidity of these controller names. Until I saw Navicon/Navcon, that is. Much better. Personally, I’m for Navcon; Less syllables, so it rolls off the tongue better (I still hate the Move name, though).
