Worms Reloaded public Beta heading to Steam
Team17 has sent over a lovely mail informing us that its new Steam game, Worms Reloaded, has gone into public Beta on Steam.

Analyst believes Amazon job listings point to new Steam-like service
Due to some job postings over on Amazon, Lazard Capital Markets analyst Colin Sebastian believes the online retailer is planning to expand it’s online digital game download service to be a bit more like Steam’s.

Vector Unit bringing Hydro Thunder Hurricane to XBLA
Microsoft Game Studios and Vector Unit announced during PAX that Hydro Thunder Hurricane, a sequel to the speedboat racing game from Midway, is heading to Xbox Live Arcade as an exclusive.

Video for The Secret World is full of monsters
Funcom has released a new gameplay trailer for The Secret World showing off some of the nasties you will face should you choose to join the fight against secret societies and monsters.
Posted below the break, you will hear mention of “something from the bottomless deep rising to devour us all”, which we “think” we saw at GDC, but we may be wrong on what it is so we won’t tell you.

Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions to be unveiled at WonderCon
It has been revealed that Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions will be featured in panel hosted by Marvel writer Dan Slott, Spider-Man voice actor Christopher Daniel, producer Meghan Morgan and creative director Thomas Wilson of Beenox.

David Cage has revealed to Gamasutra that to him, it’s really “difficult to have decent storytelling in most games”, and that violence shouldn’t always be the core center of the gameplay experience.
