New PoP: The Sands of Time trailer released

Disney and Bruckheimer put out a new trailer for The Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time recently, and it’s posted below the break courtesy of D’toid.
It’s a longer version of the one shown during the Super Bowl, and towards the end it starts to descend into a bit of a chick flick with the “interaction” between the Prince and his lady friend. Seems par for the course with just about any movie these days – to make a movie releasable it has to have a love interest to draw the ladies in, we reckon.
Anyway, enough of our bitchy opinions – the movie does look like it will be a massive epic. Good for Bruckheimer. He needs the money you know. Poor fella.
It’s out May 28, with the new PoP: The Forgotten Sands game being released May 18 and 20 in the US and Europe. Wii users get the original game with the new one for free.
