Bungie hints at “something big” for Halo universe this week
Have a bunker? Got some food? Use them: Bungie reckons it’s about to drop a Halo-related nuke.
The dev tweeted the picture you see above, adding alongside it:
“Just got this mysterious image and word that something big is dropping this week?!”
What it could be is anyone’s guess. Could be anything from just a new Master Chief doll to do unspeakable things with to a live action Halo: Reach trailer.
Whatever it is, all we do now is sit, wait and hope said megaton doesn’t kill us. Just be careful: April Fool’s is tomorrow [Brilliant - Ed].
Bungie is currently working on Halo: Reach, its final pop at the series, for a fall release on Xbox 360, with the multiplayer beta kicking off on May 3.

The problem is, every developer teases their next press release as “something big” and it never is.
The really big things don’t get teased, they get an E3 spotlight.

Apparently it’s nothing Microsoft is working on, at least according to Frank O’Connor. Maybe it’s just some april fooling since they are going to unveil more Reach details today instead of tomorrow.
