APB boss bigs up VG247 in Telegraph

Realtime Worlds studio manager Colin Macdonald has told Brit paper the Daily Telegraph that VG247′s his favourite website. He likes it more than APB.com, apparently.
Realtime Worlds is currently putting together APB for a summer release with EA, and Macdonald describes this site as “essential”. We agree with you, Colin. Exactly correct.
See for yourself.

Yeah i agree with that.
Personal my top 4 are:
1) VG247 – for gaming news i think it is the best site. Its no doubt about that.
2) Kotaku – I like the community and stuff about games and not just games
anime, Japanese life and e.t.c.
3) Metacritic – Aggregated scores
4) Gametrailers – best site with videos in my opinion. You can find almost every game in HD.

Tell him yourself, he’s apparently reading… Which would mean that you did just tell him… Carry on then.

I personal think WoW is becoming tired and looking at everything I’ve seen of APB its a breath of fresh air from all the WoW clones out there.

Apparently APB only has 40 players by instance. Not what i’d call MMO numbers personally…

you can only have a 100 players per instance in champions online not what I would call a mmo either but people do.

APB looks kinda underwhelming though, no matter how good Mark Rein says it is.

I think 100 players in the same place is round about the bottom-end number for a game to be considered an MMO. Like, i’d say MAG with its 250-odd players is an ‘MMO’ (MMORPG is something else), but Resistence 2 doing 60 players isnt.

Incidentally, I like the way Pat maintains a not-too-many-frills approach as the site grows ever more popular.
