Dead Space 2 footage from PAX East is a go

Did you watch the Dead Space 2 PAX East panel yesterday? You didn’t? Bad people, you missed the first ever footage of the Visceral horror sequel.
But we forgive you.
Gamervision caught the clip on film as it happened, which is below.
The game, which is being promised to be “5 billion times” scarier then the original, is due out sometime in EA’s Q4 FY11, which is between January-March 2011, for PS3, 360 and handhelds.
Visceral did mention during the panel there was a PC version coming, but no more details was given. Before yesterday, EA only said it was “under consideration“.

Yes, before anyone points it out, we do need to put the site’s clock forward.

Disappointed they went the action route with Multiplayer.

The spontaneous screams of “Awesome!” are encouraging.

It’s dark, it’s scary, what more do you want…?
I’m so looking fwd to this, pleaser let it be amazing as the original was just brilliant and scared the be-jesus out of me.
That said it is looking a lot like Alien to Aliens progression but I can live with that, I think…
