Activision announces Monster Jam 2011 - includes Grave Digger

yeeehaw

Activision plans to release "the ultimate monster truck experience" for DS, PSP, PS3, Wii and Xbox 360, and it's called Monster Jam 2011.

Due this fall, Monster Jam 2011 is said to include "unprecedented realism, customization, truck handling and all-out destruction" with eight stadiums, and 30 licensed monster trucks like Grave Digger, Maximum Destruction and Grinder.

You also have the ability to customize your unusually large truck with a variety of vehicle parts you unlock throughout gameplay which, of course, includes running over smaller vehicles with your massive machine.

"Activision has been a fantastic partner of ours for many years now, and this year they have outdone themselves," said Charlie Mancuso, president of Monster Jam's Feld Motor Sports in the press release.

"Monster Jam 2011 will be the ultimate monster truck video game, our fans are going to flip when they get their hands on it!"

No word yet on whether the soundtrack features Hank Jr, Toby Keith or Montgomery Gentry.

That was a joke. But we'll ask if you like.

Thanks, Shack.
