I worked for MS and saw how they repaired they don’t actually check to see if the system is malfunctioning, they just look at the service order and if it says RROD they fix it right there not actually checking to see if the customer is telling the truth would take too much of their time.

Yeah I did the ‘towel trick’ and its working now.
Even without the HDD, if I plan on trading it in, they would take it?

I am still under warranty atleast for having the RROD so I was just thinking to send it off to MS for it first thing Monday. And just play the shit out of it for the weekend.

Do the towel trick it actually works for about a week and a half.

Take the hd off wrap 3 towels around it for 35 to 40 minutes take towels off and turn off for 15 to 20 minutes and wolla youre done.

Then when you finish game bring it down to game stop and trade it in against new arcade it should only cost you about 70 Euro.

Its a masterpiece and more i play it, more i want to fuck IGN reviewer face. Whats was his reasion behind that review? Hate for Ukrainian-Russian devs or what? Its absolutely masterpiece. Its a technically masterpiece wirh Direct X10-11. Story? Its a copy paste of one of the best Gluhovsky books.

Just one question: Why?

yeh ive had the flash light off ducking in corners and shit but some fights are unavoidable, as soon as they dog things see you they howl for more and next thing you got 7 or 8 trying to eat you, its hardcore lol

maybe you’re playing it too much like a shooter, its meant to be pretty hard going if you are running around shooting everything, i think the difficulty is meant as conditioning to get you to start using stealth and just bypassing some enemies altogether

Im playing it right now and it is solid, kinda toying with the idea of putting it on easy… the only other game i had to do that with was Resistance 2… im about 2 hours in and absolutley loving it, this is the best new game ive played in a while. Get it, get it now…

Nice one Pat I like when you do these playthroughs as it gives you a good take on the game.
It looks to be pretty good I like the atmosphere.
What were your initial impressions of it?
Also if its not too cheeky which difficulty level did you opt for?

nice, i was guessing the character you play at the start dies after half an hour in for a shock!! then you’d start the game proper as someone else with the slow burn

but time jumpings good too

@3 that’s just the prologue.

The game does then step back a few days to the beginning of the story and there’s a slower burn to the next major confrontation.

Oh god… As expected. English voice is much worse then original Russian. Its better to play with English subtitles and everything else Russian and graphics at the 360 version, not so much…

Game is a masterpiece. Especially with bullet currency and weapon stuff. Story is straight from the book. So don’t expect shitty US stuff like: Motherfuckers lets do som shit here, ATTACK!!! ARgghh!11111 *big fat muscle rambo from Gears Of Killzone*
