GDC: Sid Meier keynote at 10:30am PST – liveblog here [Update]

Update: We’ve off! Get all the news below.
Original: Sony may have made the biggest splash this week with its off-site GDC press conference, but that’s just it: “off-site”.
GDC’s real deal happens today in the form of a keynote from Firaxis’s Sid Meier, creator of Civilization. He’ll be delivering his speech in San Francisco this morning, and Steph’s going to be there for us with a liveblog.
The shindig kicks off at 10:30am PST, or 6:30pm GMT.
Expect him to talk about a fair amount of his time in the games industry, but he may drop something about the just-announced Civilization V as well.
Only one way to find out: get your game face on later today and join us for the Meiernator.
