PSA: God of War III reviews go live at 5pm GMT

Pumped for God of War III? Tonight’s a big one for you, then: the embargo for all reviews is at 5pm GMT this evening.

Earlier last month, OPM UK gave the game a 9, while a leaked screengrab from the actioner’s IGN page suggested it could become the first game in nearly two years to get a ten from the site.

Tune in at 9am PST/12pm EST/5pm GMT. We’ll have a round-up ready to go once the flood hits.

If you’re in San Francisco for GDC this week, you can go hands-on with the game and meet director Stig Asmussen.

God of War III is due for release next Tuesday in the US and next Friday in the UK for PS3.

I wanna be spoiler free come next friday so in all sense, the internet will be a fuckin’ minefield littered with spoilers that’ll blow my eyes out this whole week.

Gotta stay focused. For Kratos’s sake, He’d do the same for me… right?

I expect alot of starting up sites that no one knows about to give god of war 3 an avarage score to get traffic on there piss poor site, you see it happen all the damn time dont you with new releases. They probably will really enjoy the game but spite there face just for site-recognition wether good or in this case bad.

real sad that folks do that.

I just only hope god of war 3 converts alot of none-gamers to to gaming with adult muture good old gore. I mean how many games allow you to actually tear someones heard clean off? and gorg some poor fuckers eyes out?

this guy copy pasted the word “God of War III” for “God of War II” and the word “God of War II” for “God of War” in a God of War II review and with this extraordinary method he created a God of War III review!!!God bless him!

It’s quite possible that many of them, myself included, simply think the game is piss-poor.

to be honest, even in the days of PS2/Xbox I haven’t seen a single person who played DMC/NG and enjoyed GoW combat. it was always a casual button masher. not that this game is mediocre as a whole.
