GT5 gets new NASCAR footage
SCEA’s released a new video of Gran Turismo 5 and its NASCAR involvement.
Get it after the break.
It shows creator Kazunori Yamauchi snapping photos, doing development things and meeting with NASCAR driver Dale Earnhardt, Jr.
From the stuff running on the engine, it looks really properly great. Just please release the game some time: 90 percent complete is not enough.
The game’s possibly due out in Europe this fall, according to a SCEE exec.

Nascar is the only thing why i’m going to purchase Gran Turismo 5 because i like NASCAR so-o-o-o much and i don’t see any good games with NASCAR in 7th gen at all.

If it’s done right, it could help the PS3 out quite a bit in the USA…the territory where it’s sorely lacking in performance.
I wouldn’t be surprised if GT5 ads/sponsorship for NASCAR races start popping up when it releases to help push the PS3 and GT5.
