Sega’s just put out a brand new Alpha Protocol trailer, showing off some of the spy toys you’re going to get to play with in the Obsidian RPG.

Ever wanted to use a shock trap or a radio mimic? Now you can.

It’s been a long time coming, but we’re going to be seeing this next week at GDC. Which is kind of awesome.

The oft-delayed project has now been confirmed for June 1 release in the US.

Europe get its a few days earlier on May 28.

I THINK THIS GAME SHOULD HAVE BEEN RELEASED BEFORE UNCHARTED. THE FACT IT WASNT MAKES IT LOOK DATED. THE GRAPHICS DONT LOOK IMPRESSIVE, AND THE SHOOTING DOESNT LOOK….

WELL DONT WANT TO CRITICIZE. I WANTED THIS GAME BUT ITS BEEN SO LONG I HAVE LOST INTEREST

Stop screaming in my ear, yacaman. Also, if you were interested in a promising choice & consequences-oriented RPG from Obsidian for its graphics and action mechanics you were basically doing the right thing for the entirely wrong reasons…

lol seriously , the game always looked dated , so there is no use complaining about that .

I’m looking forward to a more promising concept from Obsidian that’s all that is needed .

See i loved ME2 , far more that ME1 … but i’m not following many people’s opinion that you actually have that much choices in the game .

Imo Bioware as usual , an since a very long time keep puting a wool or an illusion spell over our eyes .
You make choices for your characters , but aside from your behaviour , attitude , and a few rather small events (like how many of your team is left standing , when you know that no matter what , you’ll have old friends or new ones available for me3 ) , but you rarely make any really relevant choices when it comes to the story .

Just look at the way , your big decisions from ME1 were carried over … you basically choose the skin of a citadel council you wont see till me3 , they are still jerks either way chosen , and useless .

And i expect the biggest end decision of me2 to carry the same way over ME3 .

Anyway to make a point and back to topic , Alpha protocol instead seems like a game with actual choices involved , wich wont just be “do the exact same story with a good/evil/neutral attitude” .

At least it looks that way , and i can only hope it will be true .
