Agent still in development, says Take Two

Take Two has just confirmed Agent is still in development at Rockstar North.

"The short answer on that is yes, it is still in development," the company said. We think it was either CEO Ben Feder or chairman Strauss Zenick who said it.

The game has been hidden underground since its reveal at E3 last year, as a PS3 exclusive at Sony's press conference.

It was dated for this year back in fall of last year, but nothing specific was given.

Rockstar did say, however, that the espionage title set in the 70s would be "spectacular" - so at least that is something.

The news is out of the company's Q1 financials conference call.
