Mythic provides details on upcoming patches to Warhammer Online

warhammeronline

Warhammer Online producer, Carrie Gouskos, has posted a new state of the game message up on the official site, and in it is quite a bit of information on upcoming updates to the game.

The open letter talks about what can be expected from patches 1.3.4 to 1.3.6.

Version 1.3.4 just launched, and brings quite a few bug fixes which Mythic has been working on heavily. With 1.3.4, the Scurvy Dogs event was also introduced along with the first 6v6 Scenario; The Ironclad.

With 1.3.5, Mythic is shifting the focus of the city experience from PVE to RVR. While details are still in development, the motivation is to create a city siege experience that isn’t dependent on population, and Mythic is inviting players to participate in testing these changes as early as possible. There will also be some bug fixes.

While not much is known about patch 1.3.6, it looks as though it's going to redesign some of the armor so that players can get the most out of it along with improvements to the auction house. These improvements go hand in hand with plans to fix the game economy, improving the value of new items by making them have more meaning.

All sound well and good.
