FFXIII releases for China in May

SCE Hong Kong’s is bringing Final Fantasy XIII to China in May.
The Square Enix title will be localised into traditional Chinese – presumably Cantonese – but no other details was provided other then the release timeline.
The RPG is out a month tomorrow, March 9, for PS3 and 360 in the west.
The game will ship with three DVDs for 360, and it was confirmed last week. DLC is all but confirmed to be inbound for it.
Thanks, Siliconera.

Cantonese? I think it’s announced on Taipei Game Show and Taiwanese don’t speak Cantonese? I really doubt SCE would put priority on Cantonese localization since virtually all Cantonese speaker in China can read standard Chinese but not vice verse.
