I’ve played a few matches already. Its pretty good, seems odd not to be able to look down the sights of your gun though.

I had a go and i’m not impressesed to be honest. I found that the marines are the best, and predators are the worst in terms of balancing. The sound of the marines guns are pretty hollow as well, maybe trying to make the guns sound like the movies.

They’re the same sound as the guns from Aliens.
As far as balancing goes i agree that the Predator is pretty crappy on such a small map, you cant make decent use of his jumping skills and i’m abit confused as to how exactly you’re meant to use the items you can find for him, also his stealth is honnestly just crap. Right now it does look like the Marine is the power house, his machinegun is ridiculously powerful and well stocked with ammo, you dont really need to pick anything else up with that thing in your hands.
I havnt played as an alien yet, but it looks like they can nearly insta-kill you with their heavy attack.

On a side-note: Whats up with the flamethrower? It dosnt seem to cause any damage what so ever, not even to aliens and its sort of meant to be their weakness.

Just had a go, was a marine, found it to be okay. Aliens seemed to be overpowered though i feel, especially as their supposed to be the ones that attack in swarms. Their one hit kills can be gotten from miles away lol. Predator easily the worst, all i saw was people running around cloaked and not doing much whilst being them. Yeah the flamethrower is crap i was setting an alien alight but he still just one hit killed me

In all honesty i can’t be fucked with this, if anything, this will turn me off the game, i want my first experiences of it to be as a marine in the single player campaigner

A lot of people have DL’d this via Steam and nobody can find a server to play. Its like there simply are no matches.

The PS3 versions having trouble to, one minute it was ok, then suddenly it cant find any games.

I can’t find any games on the PS3 version, Is it just me?

Apparently Rebellion have pin-pointed the issue on PC which seems to oddly be the same one the PS3 is suffering from. They “Hope to release an update shortly which addresses this”. With abit of luck they’ll do the same for the PS3 version.

Demo Sucks Anyways.. What Retard @ SEGA Decided On 8 Player Deathmatch For The Demo? They Would Have Been Better Off With A 9 Player Species Deathmatch (Basically A Team Deathmatch) Or Better Yet The 4 Player Co-Op Survival Mode Or 8 Player Mode Called The Hunted.. I Think They Lost A Lot Of Sales With This Demo, Even A Story Mode Demo Would Have Been A Lot Better.

Deathmatch & Mixed Species Deathmatch Are The Worst Modes In The Full Game.

Indeed, its also a really crappy map, way to small and dark.
