I would just do it as the original story it actually is …. as they should have with dante’s Inferno instead .

It’s not like the circles of hell and sin based levels arent commonly used , so why does it have to be a so called adaptation of the book , if you respect none of it ?

Who do you even try to cater to ? Students and scholar ? Most people dont even know or care , so it’s hardly as if you were adapting Lord of the rings or Harry Potter .

sure but in the wrong hands (aka visceral) it would feature some barely minor girl named Eve with humongeous boobs and showing more cleavage than clothing , slapping angels and devils around .

She would be constantly naked , and her clothes would mostly be tattoos in fact , with her goinh naked during some fmv and actions .

The gameplay and even the items , would be oddly reminiscing of bayonetta .
And the story would all be about Eve’s lover Satan , being injustly emprisonned by the jealous Adam and his army of angels …
