Screens – SOE shows off Power Girl in DC Universe Online
It’s been a while since we’ve been updated on DC Universe Online.
Today though, we got some lovely screens for it in the mail from Sony Online Entertainment, and if super heroes from the DC Comics are your thing, and you like MMOS – you will like the screens, we reckon.

Report – Microsoft to market Natal with celebrity endorsements
According to a report over on MCV, when Natal is launched on the market, Microsoft plans to use celebrity endorsements along the same lines Nintendo used with DS.

Former DICE boss says Wii is “not a games machine”
Ex-DICE boss, Fredrik Liliegrin, has called Wii a “virus” and has also said that Nintendo knows it’s “not a video games machine”.

Splinter Cell: Conviction delays were good for development, says Ubisoft
Ubisoft’s Patrick Redding has said that one of the reasons Splinter Cell: Conviction was delayed so many times was to fix a few things with the AI and to add things to the game from its “laundry list”.

NCsoft announces Guild Wars novel Ghosts of Ascalon
NCsoft has announced Ghosts of Ascalon, an original Guild Wars novel, written by fantasy authors Matt Forbeck and Jeff Grubb.
The book pretty much sets the tone for the release of Guild Wars 2.

Ken Levine says new motion controllers are a “reaction to the Wii”
Irrational’s Ken Levine has said that the new motion controls coming from Microsoft and Sony are a “reaction to the Wii” and in order for them to be successful, games created for them can’t just be mindless waggling and jumping up and down affairs.

Modern Warfare 2 wins GOTY at Danish Game Awards
Last night, the first ever Danish Game Awards were held in Copenhagen and the big winner of the night was Modern Warfare 2, getting two awards.
One for Game of the Year, and another for Best Action Game.

Avalanche CEO says Avatar “should not have been made into a game”
