Rumor: It’s possible, but for now, no DLC for Final Fantasy XIII

According to a report over on FF-Reunion, the Final Fantasy XIII Ultima Guide contains an interview with Yoshinori Kitase who states that DLC is not being released for the RPG – but at the same time it’s still possible.

Lost Planet 2 video shows loads of action

Capcom has release another Lost Planet 2 video, and this time instead of showing Marcus and Dom from Gears, it shows off some of the cool action we can expect to see in the game.

Gravity Crash: Over 1400 user levels created, patch coming soon

Those who have yet to take advantage of the Gravity Crash sale over on PSN need to hop to it, because it will only be $4.99 until tomorrow – then it goes back up to the normal price.
Also, according to JAW’s Stewart Gilray, a patch is currently in the works for the retro-arcade shooter, which has seen over 1,400 levels created for it by users.

Harmonix not developing Green Day: Rock Band [Update]

Update: Harmonix has just sent VG247 this statement, stating Harmonix is working on GD:RB alongside Demiurge and other studios.
“Green Day: Rock Band is being developed by Harmonix in partnership with Demiurge, MK12 and others.”

ESRB listing counts swears uttered in Dead to Rights: Retribution

The ESRB has rated Dead to Rights: Retribution, and unsurprisingly gave the game a Mature rating. No big deal in and of itself, right?
Funnily enough though, it provides you with information on how many times certain swear words are uttered.

ACII ‘Battle of Forli’ DLC won’t have trophies or achievements, confirms Ubisoft

Were you looking forward to whoring the hell out of your respective awards system for whatever console you got Assassin’s Creed II with when The Battle of Forli releases tomorrow?
Too bad: the DLC won’t be getting any new awards added for either PS3 or 360.

SWTOR dev diary focuses on the two different Sith classes

BioWare has put out a new developer diary for Star Wars: The Old Republic, and it concentrates on the differences between the Sith Warrior and Sith Inquisitor.
In the video, courtesy of GameTrailers (thanks, RPS), the devs chat about its reason for including the two types of Sith and why choosing the Dark Side doesn’t mean you are constantly evil, little Vaders.
There’s also a bit of gameplay in it.
