FFXIII is “biggest swindle in gaming history”
A Hong Kong magazine has given FFXIII a 4/10 review, saying the RPG is “so linear that it’s little more than riding an amusement park ride.”

Ron Jeremy says games are a worse influence on kids than porn

Video: Casey Hudson talks Mass Effect 2 and trilogy conclusion
Earlier today, we posted the news that BioWare was already plodding away on the storyline for Mass Effect 3.
Now, thanks to the magic of the internet, you can watch the full IGN interview with project manager Casey Hudson where he talks about how the choices you’ve made from day one will have an effect on how the game ends.

Nintendo: Metroid Prime Trilogy no longer being published or shipped
If you’ve been holding out on purchasing a copy of Metroid Prime Trilogy, you better get it now because Nintendo says that it has stopped publishing it.

Rumors: GoWIII getting custom PS3, Resistance 3 announce at E3
PlayStation: The Official Magazine hints around in the January issue that God of War III will launch with its own custom PS3 and the mag says its “90 percent sure” that it’s gonna happen.
While that sounds great and all, PTOM’s not finished handing out the rumor candy just yet.

Kamiya wants Bayonetta to boost third-person action genre
Hideki Kamiya, Bayonetta’s game director, has said that the God of War franchise inspired the “sense of climatic action” in the game, and he hopes Bayonetta will help boost new interest in the third-person action genre.

BioWare already working on storyline for Mass Effect 3
During CES, BioWare project manager Casey Hudson sat down with IGN to talk all things Mass Effect 2 DLC , and admitted that the developers are already hard at work on the story for Mass Effect 3.

Metro 2033 takes you to a nuclear wasteland in March [UPDATE]

Capcom shows off Mega Man 10 at CES
Mega Man 10 was shown at CES by Capcom, and below the break you can watch some off-screen footage of the stadium stage for the downloadable game.
Filmed by The Mega Man Network (thanks, GoNintendo), three different films shows both normal and easy mode and the differences between ‘em. It also reveals that DLC and a time attack mode are coming as well.
Mega Man 10 will be available on Xbox 360, Wii, and PS3 in March.

A survey conducted by media consulting firm Frank N. Magid Associates has found that out of 800 gamers surveyed, only 15 percent purchased DLC.
