Capcom X Microsoft – everything in one place

What was originally thought to be just one announcement turned into a shedload of news for a Tuesday morning, with more still incoming.
Two of Capcom’s big hitters got set in stone dates, Dead Rising 2 out for this calendar year, etc.
But the main point of the event is Monster Hunter: Frontier.
The MMO will make its way to 360 in summer for the first time in Japan.
Catch-up below. Ones in bold are the important ones.
- Capcom/Microsoft game is Monster Hunter: Frontier Online
- Lost Planet 2 gets worldwide release on May 18
- Super Street Fighter IV gets April release
- Capcom details spring line-up
- Dead Rising 2 to release this year
- Monster Hunter: Frontier dated for summer in Japan
- Marcus and Dom from Gears of War to appear in Lost Planet 2
- Capcom “can’t announce if/when” Monster Hunter: Frontier comes to Europe
- Video shows Marcus and Dom from Gears in Lost Planet 2
- First Monster Hunter: Frontier trailer gets out
- SSIV: Capcom announces costumes, details on Collector’s Edition

A pretty dull set of announcements I think. I’m not into Monster Hunter, MP skins or release dates. The only real surprise is Dead Rising 2 probably not coming out this year, and that’s more of a disappointment than a surprise.

what’s Final Fight Double Impact? is that a remake of the original or a new game like Streetwise was?

Do you think MH:F will improve MS sales of Xbox hardware in Japan?
It certainly looks like MS are thinking along those lines.
