God of War III Special Edition revealed by Swedish retailer

A Special Edition of God of War III is on the way from SCEE, according to a listing from a Swedish retailer.
The page on WEBHALLEN.com, which also shows a tinbox collector’s cover, shows the SE will have a couple of PSN goodies such as a couple of character skins to download from the PSN and a challenges arena, plus a couple of art cards to boot.
It is currently listing for 749 kr (£64).
Remember though, for the proper hardcore God of War III fan out there, there is also the Ultimate Trilogy Edition.
The pack, which contains GoW III, God of War Collection and a couple of other treats, will set you back £110.
The last in the God of War trilogy is set for a release in Japan on March 25, while in the UK, SCEE confirmed to us today that they were projecting a date of March 19, although nothing is official yet.
Confirmation is due in a few weeks.
US retailer GameStop has the game down for a March 16 release in America.
Some new shots were also released earlier.

Glad to hear.
I don’t want to settle for the standard edition but there’s no way in hell I’m shelling out £110 for the trilogy (no matter how tempting it is).

This time I’m proud of GameStop Italy, as it listed this Collector’s Edition some weeks before this site. As you can see here http://www.gamestop.it/31337_73616713_Ps3_God_Of_War_III_Collector_s_Edition.aspx . I think that the package should be similar to Dante’s Inferno’s one.
