US Yakuza 3 box art revealed by GameFly

The US box art for Yakuza 3 has been revealed by game rental service GameFly.
Pictured in full below, it differs greatly from is Japanese counterpart with no reference to smoking anywhere.
In the US, smoking is on-par with drinking and driving and being rude to old ladies, apparently.
SEGA's to release the game on PS3 in March, and was confirmed to contain Japanese voiceovers with English subtitles.
