Dragon Age: Awakening given 18 by BBFC

The BBFC has given classification to Awakening, the Dragon Age: Origins expansion.
Its been given an 18.
The BioWare RPG expansion passed without any cuts, with cut-scene time running at 40 minutes and 19 seconds.
Awakening was announced just a couple of weeks ago for PC, 360 and PS3, to be released in March.
It’ll feature all new quests, a higher level cap and more.
Anyone hungry for new DLC before that can get Return to Ostagar, although that’s been pulled from Xbox Live due to problems.

I don’t understand!
How can this get an 18 and Heavy Rain a 15?!
Yes this has blood and intelligent conversation but it’s not like it’s based in reality or has graphics approaching something that (blind) people may mistake for reality.
I am in no way suggesting the age rating dictates quality (as some people I know would with Film), it just doesn’t make sense to me.

Oh also, wasn’t it decided that PEGI would be handling game ratings from now on?

This has 41% more blood spatter than Heavy Rain.

Nope, they are drakes not high dragons, and with the Heavy Rain thing, I just tought the same, sex scenes, violence and still a 15 rating?
