Red Steel 2 down for March 23 in US

According to the game’s official website (as noticed by GoNintendo), Red Steel 2 now has a US release date of March 23.

There’s no confirmation of a European or UK date as yet.

It was announced recently that the Wii Motion-Plus-supporting actioner was 95 percent complete.

Ubisoft, however, decided to cut its sales forecast of the game this past weekend from 1 million to 500k.

The move was down to the performance of other core Wii titles, said the publisher, and not a reflection of the game’s quality.
