Cave’s Deathsmiles gets US publisher
Aksys Games is to publish Deathsmiles on 360 in the US.
The game released in the Japanese arcade in 2007 and got a domestic release in April 2009.
It’s all received a “Mega Black Label” edition – a limited print of 150 units.
The mental shooter side-scrolls and features a flying woman. With an owl. Watch someone trying to cope with it here.
Each of the game’s characters has a familiar. There’s Windia (wind), Casper (phantom), Follett (fire), Rosa (the fairy in the clip) and Sakura (a boss in the original game; he’s only playable in the Mega Black Label edition).
Good news, huh?
