BioShock 2 will last at least ten hours, the latest episode of Qore’s apparently confirmed.
“At the start of the game, you wake up a mystery. And for at least the first ten hours or so, you remain a mystery,” said narrator and Qore host Veronica Belmont.
Awesome.

The rapturous sequel releases on February 9 for PC, PS3 and 360.

perhaps its the stories pacing, that they push you through the game faster, i read the other day that there is no back tracking aloud, when you leave an area you can’t return.

Tbh I thought the first could’ve done with a few hours chopped off it. If you are stuck for good ideas to develop a great 10 hour game to a 15 hour one, don’t.

I never pay any attention to how long developers say their game lasts to be honest… I remember Shadow Complex was said to last about 10 hours the developers. I started on the hardest setting, found the vast majority of hidden items and still finished in about 6 hours..
