HAPPY NEW YEAR..2012..YEAH WE ALL GONNA DIE!!! But the Wii will survive, like the little cocker-roachey it is!!
Being desperate..GASP!! for a good Wii title I have bought some of this Crap-ola…and boy did I regret it.
I have NEVER broken a gaming disc out of anger or called a company to threaten and sue them for a non-playable game..TILL NOW!!! Damn the Wii… Yes there is CRAP CRAP CRAP on all consoles..but HOLY FREAKING JUNE BUGS…it is really bad on the Wii.
I bought Saint by UFO for the Wii at Target for $14.99. OMG it is horrible. Returned it 3 times before getting the disc to work, then half way through the game..Blue Screen of Death..Wait I thought that was only for PC’s..Nope now you get the thrill of I’m Blue on your Wii!!
Called the Company…Was told Yeah they know it is a broken crappy game…but they were rushed to put it out. They told me they didn’t expect an Adult to actually play it, but that a Grandma would buy for a kid, who just wouldn’t complain. Of course I whipped out my Staff of Doom and Arcane and put a level 900 Hex of Earthly Damage on them…and told them I would never remove it until they stopped putting POISON on the market…They just laughed and said if you Think Saint is bad wait to you see the other 15 games were going to launch in 2010… DOUBLE SIGH!!

I remember when Mark Rein came out and said the same thing, before the Wii was released. Everyone jumped all over him, and he was right!

People are quick to accuse 3rd party devs of pushing shovelware , but unlike in the past , nintendo itself set a trend already .

Wii fit hardly qualifies as a game and quality product , nor does Wii Music … wii sport is a game but of dubious overall quality of production .

Nintendo does produce AAA titles , but only sequels and traditional games . Many of wich barely need the wiimote and use it as a gimmick .

Before some get offensive , let’s take an honest look here … smash brawl , zelda , mario kart and a few others , hardly need and benefits from the wiimote .
Out of their first party line up , besides the sports series , i can mostly think of metroid really needing and using it to its advantages .

Without wanting to accidentally defend the Wii… there’s loads of shovelware and crap out there for every platform. The Wii just has more because like the PS2, it’s the king of the swingers with Joe Average.
