IGN has posted the first review for Army of Two: The 40th Day, which it calls “Bad Boys meets 2012″ and an “interactive disaster movie because every five minutes something blows up or crumbles around you”.

Giving the Salem & Rios shooter a score of 8.5/10, the site goes on to say that the sequel is a “huge improvement to the franchise” with almost every aspect of the game having been revamped and improved by EA.

The original game received an average Metacritic score of 72 on Xbox 360.

It’s out on January 12 and 15 in the US and Europe, respectively.

not bad, i tried the demo of the first one and didn’t particularly like it, so i haven’t given this ame a second thought, i may check out the demo

that and, i got hooked on MW2 spec ops, i think i’ve finally caught the co-op bug, but the splinter cell co-op looks more interesting to me, i’ve got a bit tired of just shooting people in the face

lol some of the movie references could make some people run away , especially the latter .

Unless the full game is MUCH different than the demo, this is just another indication for me why reviews don’t matter at all. Cause i sure did hate the demo, absolutely nothing special about it. The shooting didn’t feel ‘satisfying’ and the graphics were nothing to write home about.

Tried the demo and I really didn’t like it so I’m going to ignore this review :|
