Pre-order Mass Effect 2 on Steam, get Inferno Armor

Those contemplating pre-ordering Mass Effect 2 on Steam should know that upon purchase, you get the in-game Inferno Armor. What could be better than that?
The suit, able to recognize elevated heart rates and pupil movement in people close by, acts like a lie detector while also allowing for greater response times.
Plus, it provides you with 10 percent power damage, a negotiation bonus and an increase in storm speed.
Hit the links for extra details like system requirements, the Digital Deluxe version, and more.
Game’s out on January 26, or in 2 weeks, 5 days and 7 hours – not that we are counting or anything.

You should have posted a pic of the armor itself.
It makes you look like Iron Man.

A guy over at the Edge forums found this pic. It’s pretty good in my opinion.

You already know the pirates will put out a patch for the game with Terminus, Inferno and Blood Armors.

Just look up Inferno Armor in google Image, there are like 4 shots on the first page that are 1024 or larger.

Terminus Armor:
•Increases storm speed by 10%
•Increase shields +15%
•Increases all weapons reserve ammo by +1
Blackstorm:
•Fires a singularity projectile that draws in nearby enemies, and then explosively hurls them away.
•Can be charged up to create larger more powerful singularities.

I actually like the Steam items better than GS. But as of last week I have boycotted purchases thru Steam.

The pleasure is mine dear lady.
I’m curious to see how long this game is going to be when all is said and done. I’ve been playing the first one a lot lately to open Insane mode and finish up there. I’m guessing there will be a new Character creation set available but I’m wondering if saved games will carry over your character’s appearance and if you can alter it before starting.

@12 Yes you will be able to alter your appearance ( the game will act like you looked like that before if you decide to change it) You will also be able to change your class at the beginning. You will not be able to change your choices from your import and will not be able to change your gender.
As far as the length its on two discs and Devs on the forum have stated it will be 40% larger take that for what you will. On my first playthrough it took me 32 hours if its more than that I will be ecstatic.

Thanks Phoenix, but does it deal with the reapers at all this time?

Devs have stated more or less its more about the COllectors, they seemed to be linked to the Reapers. I assume with finding out about the Collectors it will reveal a little more info about the Reapers but I think they save the majority of the Reapers to the finale (ME 3)
