Activision has said PS3 DLC for Marvel: Ultimate Alliance 2 is no longer on the PSN due to it “expiring.”

Apparently the content “was a limited time offer, expiring on December 31, 2009,” a rep told Joystiq.

The DLC was released back in November, and included new characters such as Carnage, Psylocke and Cable.

Jeez Activision really does not like Sony or Sony consumers. Why would they take the PSN DLC down but keep XBL. Prime example of bad business moves!

Why? Really why not keep up the DLC to keep people happy? Are acti that tight that if dlc doesn’t sell they pull it?

Activision, there are plenty of “pieces of content” served by disgruntled players that feature no expiration date; the bundle pack of a flipped bird, disinterest, and belly laughter.
