Dark Void demo now available on Live

darkvoid

As promised yesterday by Capcom, the demo for Dark Void is now on Xbox Live Marketplace.

It weighs in at 833Mb. Queue it up here.

The PS3 version goes live with the PlayStation Store update tomorrow.

As for all you PC lot, you’ll need to keep waiting, we’re afraid.

The game releases on January 22 for 360, PS3 and PC.

Reaction on the EG forums has been… entertaining. Looks like they might be lowering those sales projections yet again within a week or so.

you should be glad that you are still waiting, cause once you´ve played it you wish you would have waited like forever.

It should be renamed “Dark aVoid”.

Shame really I loved Crimson Skies (the original one at least, the Xbox one was okish) and I like Gears of War, unfortunately shoving them together, badly, makes a poor game.

dark aVoid :) that made me LOL

just played the demo, disappointing

not that i had high hopes for it, but i was interested and excited to play it

the default controls are weird:
aiming y axis normal
flying y axis reverse
flying alien ship y axis normal

the melee attacks were nasty

Nolan North seems to be viewed in the same was as David Hayter since Uncharted 2, and he was really good in that, but theres one thing alot of people seem to for get about him: Unlike David Hayter, Nolan North IS IN FUCKING EVERYTHING. And he’s sort of drab in most of the stuff to.
Someone bought up the fact that he was in Dark Void on a forum today like it was some rare event, but the guys voiced in over 70 different games already.
